Our story began with Sam, whose passion for hospitality shaped the foundation of Holly’s Cucina. After his passing, uncles and extended family carried on the tradition, ensuring every recipe and every client is treated with the warmth of family. Bernice, the heart of our Italian kitchen, passed down cherished recipes and festive traditions, including the famed St. Joseph’s Day cookies. This commitment to legacy is what makes our food different—every dish is a chapter in our ongoing story. Since our start at the CIAO Italian Festival in Chautauqua County and our move to Myrtle Beach, we have stayed true to our roots, delivering quality, comfort, and joy to every table.
